This role frees missionaries to have greater focus on their ministries by preparing and filing their taxes. Applicant must qualify as an authorized IRS tax return preparer capable of navigating the complex issues of domestic and foreign Christian workers.
The Accounting Assistant supports Baptist Mid-Missions’ Accounting Department by processing daily receipts, scanning deposits, managing mail, and assisting with filing and expense reports. This role helps ensure donations are handled accurately and efficiently. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with Microsoft Office. A spirit of teamwork, discretion with confidential information, and a strong Christian testimony are essential.
Using a range of skill sets, assist administrators who oversee missionaries serving in North America, Asia and the Pacific regions. Applicants who are organized, flexible, and comfortable with multitasking will excel in this position.
This Financial Analyst role supports BMM’s mission by managing financial data with integrity and a strong Christian testimony. The work includes reconciliations, month-end tasks, account analysis, and donor-related financial processes. Staff must handle information discreetly, work well with the team, and uphold BMM’s beliefs. Applicants should have accounting experience and solid Excel and communication skills.
