Noncash Gifts

By taking advantage of the applicable tax incentives, donors can significantly increase the amount of funds available for charitable giving. Noncash gifts can include appreciated assets (stocks, bonds, or mutual funds), donation of real estate, tangible property, artwork, literature and books, or other noncash items of worth.

The IRS rules governing these types of gifts can be complex. Please contact BMM Foundation at info@bmmfoundation.org before making any noncash gift. Visit our Planned Giving page for more information.

How do I login or create an account?

If you had an account set up on our previous website, you will need to create a new account. Be sure to use the same email as your previous account so that your giving records will transfer. (They will be shown from November 2021 forward when we migrated to our new giving software.)

To login to your existing account, click the “person” icon in the top menu bar (to the right of Contact). Under the email box, click the "Login" link. (You do not need to enter your email above.)

To create a new account, click the “person” icon in the top menu bar (to the right of Contact) and enter your email in the “Secure Donation Update” box. You will be emailed a code (this may take several minutes). Enter the code and follow the instructions to register.

An orange login button is also found at the top of the Step 2 page when you make a gift.

Creating a new account can also be done after you make a gift on the website. (Follow the instructions as you give).

The basket icon in the top menu bar functions like a shopping cart. Use it to view any gifts in your cart that you have not yet finalized.

How does Baptist Mid-Missions safeguard its financial integrity?

The Baptist Mid-Missions Foundation exists to serve churches, donors, missionaries, and the financial needs of Baptist Mid-Missions and its global ministries. BMM Foundation is an independent IRS-qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The Foundation maintains the identical principles, policies, and practices for all donations as Baptist Mid-Missions and its global ministries.

BMM Foundation endeavors to provide confidence in its stewardship of all gifts. Such measures include

  • secure encryption when making gifts online.
  • an internal control system that is monitored and updated.
  • oversight by BMM Foundation directors.
  • annual audits performed by an independent certified public accounting firm.

What is World Relief?

BMM World Relief funds provide immediate relief in emergency situations to alleviate human suffering resulting from catastrophic disasters such as war, famine, drought, floods, earthquakes, and terrorist attacks. These tragedies can be transformed into eternal hope as missionaries and nationals present the gospel while providing life-sustaining supplies. Give online and designate your gift to World Relief on our Projects page. In the comment box, indicate the project of your choice (if any).

What are Memorial and Honorary Gifts?

These gifts provide a lasting legacy by giving in memory of a friend or loved one, or in recognition of a special occasion. These gifts are invested and used to provide services to BMM’s Missionary Family. Memorial and Honorary Gifts will be recognized in Baptist Mid-Missions' Advance magazine.
