Troy and Oksana M.

We both have very different backgrounds: Troy grew up in a Christian home and was saved at an early age, while Oksana grew up under unbelieving parents in Ukraine (until her mom got saved when Oksana was 13) and was saved at age 18. But during our young adult years, we both had a passion for the church and ministry. We both had exposure to missions: Troy serving in Cameroon for two years, and Oksana assisting missionaries. God called Troy into missions during his graduate school days, and eventually He led him to become the Chief Language Consultant at Bibles International, overseeing the technical aspects of BI’s projects. After serving eight years in that role, Troy married Oksana. Together we help a Russian-based translation project. Our passion is for people to have clear access to God’s Word in their language so they can be transformed into the image of Christ.
