Church planting in Australia

Church Planting

A great need still exists to see churches planted in this advanced Western nation. Only 19 percent of Australians attend a church of any kind. Along with the large nonreligious population, Australia boasts a large immigrant community, especially made up of various Asian peoples. Australia needs Christ! However, because of limitations to visas for full-time foreign Christian workers, missionaries desiring to serve in Australia must find opportunities through other legitimate, creative means of entry. This includes securing employment in an existing Australian business or organization or by creating a business venture. The Australian government is not opposed to Christian church planting done in a person’s spare time. Perhaps you desire to use business as missions. This may be a ripe opportunity for you. If you are willing to advance new church-planting and evangelism efforts in new areas or to work alongside Aussie nationals in this effort, contact us today.
