Theron & Esther St. John

The Lord graciously saved Theron at a young age and Esther during her young adult years. Esther is originally from Honduras and came to the States to study at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary where she obtained master of arts degrees in biblical counseling and in Christian education. Theron holds a bachelor of arts degree and a master of divinity degree in pastoral leadership and is currently pursuing a doctorate of educational ministry degree with a concentration in biblical counseling at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

The Lord brought Theron and Esther together, and they married in June 2021. They have two boys, Israel and Judah, and another child in heaven, Zion, whom they lost through miscarriage. Throughout their relationship, Theron and Esther both expressed a desire to be a part of God’s global mission. With their hearts for Hispanic people, God directed those desires to where Esther grew up, Honduras. They are excited to serve the Lord in Honduras by strengthening the church in biblical counseling and ministry leadership training.
