I started serving with BMM in 1976. God gave my husband, Ross, (who has gone to heaven) and me a burden to give the Word of God to people who do not have it. We started out actually translating the New Testament into a language in Brazil and then became consultants to help Bibles International give nationals the tools to do their own translation. I have helped check many languages in the books of the Old Testament. I still do some of that by the internet, but my primary job now is working on the materials that are used with the translators. Having the most experience of all the translation consultants and having written some of these materials, I have a God-given burden and strength to do this task.
