Dan and Laura G.

We served in South Asia from 2000-2018 with Baptist Mid-Missions. In 2018 we transitioned to full time status with Bibles International. Laura serves as an adjunct literacy consultant and Daniel as a translation consultant. Currently he is assigned to be the primary translation consultant for the Krupto and Pente projects.

Daniel was born in South Asia to missionary parents. Though surrounded by Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam he came to assurance of salvation through Jesus’ words in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man cometh to the Father but by me.”

While in graduate studies he met Laura who was also burdened of God to go to South Asia before she met Daniel. In her final year of high school in Colorado, she felt the Lord was leading her to overseas service. She prepared herself at Northland Baptist Bible College along with an MA in linguistics.

The Word of God has been central in both our lives. Facilitating its translation and use through Bibles International is a great burden and privilege for us.
