Getting more people into more places with more possibilities to serve 

Through three targeted goals, Amplify will increase the reach and impact of global missions under the banner of BMM. Discover ways that you can be part of this vision.

Goal 1: Enlist

Motivated by Christ’s compassion for the lost, we are working to amplify the number of new missionaries sent out yearly—giving churches and individuals expanded opportunities to fulfill the Great Commission. 

Get Involved

• Become a PRAY938 partner:
  • Sign up for Dr. Odle’s PRAY938 email newsletter to receive missions prayer requests and answers to prayer.
  • Become a PRAY938 Church—prayer regularly as a congregation that God will raise up 20 or more new missionaries annually.
  • Help us establish a network of PRAY938 churches to amplify Matthew 9:38 prayer for more harvest workers. 


• Invite BMM speakers to your church to bring a missions challenge to your congregation.


• Attend BMM’s annual Advance weekend seminar for goers and senders.


• Learn about the variety of service options  and opportunities BMM offers. 


• Already interested in serving? Reach out and take the next step. 

Goal 2: Equip

Baptist Mid-Missions provides a robust support system for local churches and the missionaries they send. Our aim has always been to help them be well-prepared and resilient in their service.

Amplify will broaden this support system through targeted training resources for churches, and it will better equip new and veteran missionaries through individualized personal development plans. Our goal is to help local churches enlarge their capacities to send and support missionaries effectively.

• Participate in Shepherding Healthy Renewal, our annual church revitalization training.


• Attend BMM’s annual Advance Weekend seminar for goers and senders.


• Listen to our SEND938 missions podcast.


• COMING SPRING 2026: Take part in local church training for reaching international communities.

Goal 3: Expand

Our identity is in pioneer missions. From our earliest days, BMM missionaries have sought to take the gospel into spiritually dark places, especially those with social and governmental restrictions on missionary work. 

The final pillar of BMM‘s Amplify vision provides infrastructure and support for new and veteran missionaries to continue expanding the gospel’s presence globally.
