Patrick Odle
PresidentPatrick Odle became BMM's ninth president in 2020. He came to the position with 26 years of pastoral experience in Iowa and Ohio. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in pastoral studies from Faith Baptist Bible College & Seminary in 1992 and 1998. He also served as FBBC&TS's Vice President of Enrollment and Student Life from 2008 to 2011. God developed his heart for missions through connections to BMM missionaries and Council members, along with numerous mission trips. Patrick and his wife, Ruth, have four adult children and one grandchild.

Dr. Joy Anglea
Medical DirectorDr. Anglea served in family practice in Greenville, South Carolina, from 1984 to 1997. She joined BMM in 1996 and served as a medical missionary in Guam until 2005, when she joined our home office team.
Joy assists missionaries with healthcare decisions, organizes medical mission trips, mobilizes short- and long-term medical volunteers, and oversees medical mission ministries.

Steve Brennecke
Administrator for Stewardship Ministries, Interim Field Administrator for Asia & PacificIn 2000, Steve and his family left a law practice in Iowa and came to Baptist Mid-Missions to serve in a rural setting in Asia. In 2007, they joined the BMM home office staff.
Steve oversees the various stewardship ministries provided as a service to churches, donors, and individuals interested in Baptist Mid-Missions. Steve’s background in law continues to serve him well as he illustrates various methods to give smarter and making a lasting impact in Great Commission ministry.

Steve Butler
Field Administrator for North AmericaSteve and his wife, Ricka, served in the pastorate in Tennessee from 1979 until 1984, when they were appointed as BMM missionaries. They served in Melbourne, Australia, until 1995, when Steve joined the home office team.
Steve serves in a pastoral and consulting role for the missionaries serving in his fields.

David Ferguson
First Vice President and Administrator for Missionary ServicesDave and his wife, Jeannie, served as BMM missionaries with Campus Bible Fellowship from 1987 until 2002, before Dave joined our home office team as Assistant to the President/Director of Special Projects. He took his current position in 2017.
As Administrator for Missionary Services, Dave is responsible for administrative oversight and coordination of the Missionary Services working group, which is comprised of the following services: Missionary Finance, Field Administration, Special Projects, and Crisis Management.

W. Graham Foran
Field Administrator for BrazilGraham and his wife, René, joined Baptist Mid-Missions in 1986 to serve as church-planting missionaries in Brazil.
In 2018, Graham became the field administrator for BMM’s largest field, Brazil. From Brazil, he serves in a pastoral and consulting role for our Brazil missionaries.

Steve Fulks
Second Vice President and Administrator for OperationsSteve and his wife, Judy, served in the pastorate before joining BMM as missionaries to Peru 1985. In 1997 he joined our home office team as Administrator for Church Relations and Enlistment. He served in this position until 2017, when he became Administrator for Operations.
Steve works with our treasurer to prepare and monitor our operating budget. He also oversees home office departmental structures and responsibilities, and he administrates our Information Technology and Communications Departments, and our buildings and grounds.

Steven Gault
Field Administrator for Africa and EuropeSteve grew up in Central African Republic as a BMM MK. In 1991, he and his wife, Beth, joined BMM and served as church planters in his homeland. Civil wars caused the Gaults to relocate to Côte d’Ivoire and then to Cameroon. In his last 11 years in Africa, Steve also served as BMM’s Africa coordinator before joining the home office team in 2015.
Steve serves in a pastoral and consulting role for the missionaries serving in his fields.

Travis Gravley
Administrator for Church Relations and EnlistmentTravis and his wife, Becky, joined Baptist Mid-Missions in 2006 to serve in Romania. After several years of fruitful ministry among the Roma people, they joined the home office in 2017.
Travis helps churches advance their missions programs, screens new missionary applicants, oversees all missionaries on deputation, and arranges short-term missions opportunities. He also administrates BMM's Enlistment Department and oversees our annual Candidate Seminar.

Mark Hocker
TreasurerPrior to his service at BMM, Mark had served many years in corporate finance, most recently as vice president of finance for a large communications organization. After coming to the BMM home office, Mark became treasurer in 2016.
Mark's responsibilities include corporate finance, investments, insurance, legal filings, and our annual audit. In addition, he oversees the Accounting, Tax, and Benefits Departments.

Jonathan Stilwell
Field Administrator for Spanish-Speaking Latin AmericaJon and his wife, Julie, joined Baptist Mid-Missions in 1991 to serve in church-planting and theological education in Peru.
In 2018, Jon became the field administrator for our Spanish-speaking Latin American fields. From Peru, he serves in a pastoral and consulting role for the missionaries serving in his fields.
Representatives

Dr. Gary Anderson
President EmeritusDr. Anderson serves as president emeritus, a role in which he represents Baptist Mid-Missions in churches and colleges and at Bible conferences. He served as president from 1989 to 2015. Prior to his presidency, he spent two years on BMM’s Advisory Council before being appointed as Executive Vice President in 1987. He served as pastor of Springville (Pennsylvania) Baptist Church from 1975 to 1987.
Dr. Anderson holds a BA in Bible from Bob Jones University (1972) and an MDiv from Biblical Theological Seminary (1975). He was honored with the Doctor of Divinity degree by Baptist Bible College and Seminary in 1990. Dr. Anderson and his wife, Barbara, have three adult children and make their home in Grafton, Ohio.

Dr. Charles Ellis
Midwestern Director of EnlistmentDr. Charles and his wife, Nancy, served with Baptist Mid-Missions in Germany from 1984 until 2007, when he joined our home office team. He earned a Doctor of Ministries degree in May 2015.
Charles represents the ministry of Baptist Mid-Missions at Bible colleges, churches, and conferences. He also consults with prospective missionaries seeking a missionary agency or opportunities to serve. Nancy plays an integral role in this ministry also as she counsels women regarding missions.

Mark Seymour
Eastern Director of EnlistmentMark is a third-generation missionary and served with BMM in Chad, Africa, with his wife, Debbie, from 1979 until 2009, when Mark joined our home office team.
Mark represents the ministry of Baptist Mid-Missions at Bible colleges, churches, and conferences. He also consults with prospective missionaries seeking a missionary agency or opportunities to serve. Debbie plays an integral role in this ministry also as she counsels women regarding missions.
