FirstLook
Missionary apprenticeship that provides on-field training for college students for a time period of six weeks to three months.
Ministry Accounts
Sub-accounts for approved, designated ministry projects for a particular missionary.
Monthly Financial Statement
Itemized record of support gifts, designation, supporter information, and account balances for missionaries on an individualized basis. Missionaries receive these via land mail on a monthly basis.
Short-Term Missionary
Personnel that are approved to serve for a defined period of time ranging from six months to two years.
Special Projects
Evangelistic efforts designed to advance ongoing missionary ministry by supplying trained personnel to increase gospel witness at opportune times.
TASK
Program for people with particular skills to serve with missionaries for a period of two to eight weeks.
TeenConnect
Apprentice program for high-school students, generally for a time period of two to four weeks.
Support
Financial donations given to Baptist Mid-Missions and designated for a particular missionary on a one-time or regular basis.
Support Estimate
Itemized statement produced by the Missionary Finance Department that defines financial amounts necessary for personal and ministry expenses for each missionary on an individualized basis.
Station Report
Record of a missionary’s ministry activity categorized by week for a month’s time period.
