Baptist Mid-Missions offers the convenience of check-free giving to those who desire to support its ministries on a monthly basis. The link below, titled Printable Authorization Form, contains detailed information about the Pre-authorized (check-free) Support Plan in addition to the form.
To participate in this plan, the donor will need to complete the authorization form and mail it, along with a voided check, to the address at the bottom of the form. A confirmation letter will be mailed to the donor once the form is received and processed.
If a plan participant wishes to make an ongoing change, the donor simply needs to communicate the change to the Treasurer's Office of BMM a minimum of 10 days prior to the scheduled transaction date.
