Are special projects always designed in conjunction with major sporting events in North America?
No. While major sporting events such as the Olympics do provide a wonderful environment for conversational evangelism and therefore special projects, they are not required. Project Utah 2005 is designed to use optimal months to enhance the ongoing ministries of local Baptist churches throughout the state of Utah. Medals for Glory 2006 will capture the attention created by the World Cup tournament internationally. Ministry will occur in several countries, each one directly related to a church planting ministry.
