How much does a short-term trip cost?
Costs will vary depending on your field, due to the cost of living. To get an initial idea of cost, you will need to figure on airfare, passport and visa expenses, medical immunizations, and room and board. We can make suggestions for mission travel agencies to help you with your flight arrangements. Room and board averages approximately $50.00 per week, though your host missionary may adjust that figure depending on the cost of living for that field. Those involved in group trips will be given a special price that covers all costs except personal monies for any souvenirs.
