prayer requests august 2011

Ivory Coast:  Please continue to pray with Steve and Gayle King.  Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) is in the midst of a volatile political struggle.  After much personal discussion, prayer, and counsel with both their pastor and BMM Field Administrator, the Kings are delaying their return until August, at which time they will reassess the security situation.

Japan:  Keep the nation of Japan in your prayers as the country remains in a crucial condition.  In spite of all of this, life continues to find our missionaries challenged. Leaking radiation remains a threat; still, a substantial number of people have returned to evacuated areas.

Prison Ministries, Tennessee:  Mike and Jo Brown ask you pray with them for more workers.  Like the Marines, the Lord is looking for a few good men!  Mike and Jo have a desire to expand the ministry but need more workers to do so.  Pray for part-time and long-term career missionaries that will see the need to reach behind prison walls.

Zambia:  God brought Mr. and Mrs. Chingola into Harrison and Michelle Banda’s life for mentoring.  The Chingolas have a desire to grow and be used of the Lord.  Please pray with the Bandas that the Lord will help in answering questions.
